Honesty is not violence, sweetheart
But with that said,
I feel obligated to explain myself...
I, for eternity, will wish for a life in which
the walls sweat joy forever after
And if lies were the cause of this heat,
it would still never be warm enough.
How deep do your waters reach, Ms. Excitement?
A decision arises; a choice is to be made
Will it be ignorance for bliss
or knowledge for misery?
A war has been raging since the dawn of man
Humanity pinned against civilization

To be lied to and be content... Or to be told the truth and learn from the experience? I suppose everyone has their different reasons for choosing either one of the two... I stretch towards truth, but mostly... I'm still undecided...

I will start by saying, that Iwas thinking two things before I came upon your work. One, that deviantart doesnt have enough writers, and two, the ones the do have suck. However!
I really enjoyed this, the writing itself is superb. Nice word choice, flow, tone, you know what Im saying - other have already said it, and theyre right.
So now for what the other people havent said. When youre reading poetry, you read by punctuation, not line breaks. Youre poem could benefit for a couple commas to make the flow literally match how it sounds as you read it.
It is beautiful though.
